Services and pricing
Pricing is published so you can decide whether a call is worth your time. Underpin does CFO-level work. Your bookkeeper keeps doing the books and your outside firm keeps doing your taxes.
Cash and WIP Working Session
Ninety minutes, live. Your WIP and receivables go into a 13-week cash forecast during the call, and you leave with the three fixes to make first.
WIP and Bonding Readiness Review
Two to three weeks. Your WIP is rebuilt and tied to the general ledger, your overhead rate recalculated and a 13-week forecast built, with a written findings memo and a 60-minute readout. The fee is credited to your first retainer month if you sign within 30 days.
Monthly fractional CFO retainer
The ongoing CFO function, priced by revenue band below.
Interim finance coverage
When your controller or CFO leaves, Bob steps in to run the close, the WIP, the cash and the lender and surety contact. Up to 15 hours a week, 60-day minimum, with a written transition plan and help hiring the permanent replacement.
Restructuring and bankruptcy support
Cash collateral budgets, 13-week forecasts for lenders and the court, operating report support and claims analysis. For companies in Chapter 11, arranged with your restructuring counsel.
Monthly retainer, by trailing 12-month revenue
Includes monthly WIP review, a 13-week cash forecast, a monthly financial package with commentary, a monthly owner meeting that ends in decisions, and quarterly bank and surety support.
| Trailing 12-month revenue | Monthly fee |
|---|---|
| $3M to $7M | $3,000 a month |
| $7M to $15M | $4,500 a month |
| $15M to $25M | $6,000 a month |

Not sure which fits?
